Australia Women continued their complete domination of the Women's Ashes 2022 as they beat England comfortably in the 2nd ODI. Now, just the final ODI remains to be played and Australia will be eyeing a clean-sweep here as well.
England looks tired and spent at the end of a tough tour. We have seen England try its best and come close but it always seems to come up just short. With nothing left to play for, motivating yourself to get the best out of this final match is going to be difficult.
The cricket betting sites continue to pick Australia as the favorites to win this match, and frankly, who wouldn't?
Match prediction and cricket betting tips for Australia Women vs England Women, 3rd ODI 2022, Women's Ashes 2022. The match is going to be played at the Junction Oval, Melbourne on the 8th of February 2022.
Australia Women have been undefeated across formats in the Women's Ashes 2022 series but we don't think they have been playing at their best. None of the individual players would claim to be at their best right now but there is just so much depth and talent in the lineup that at least one person seems to come up with the good each time.
Australia has been doing just enough to win and that is good enough!
Elyse Perry had been going through a horror phase with the bat but she found form and was the highest run-getter in the previous match. She also picked up three wickets for just 12 runs in 7 overs. While her performance was the highlight, Ash Gardner and Tahlia McGrath also played very well.
We keep repeating the same things again and again, however, the fact is that Australia has world-class players throughout its lineup. Any single one of them is enough to win them the match and that is what has been happening so far.
We see no reason to bet against that happening in this match either.
Alyssa Healy, Rachael Haynes, Meg Lanning, Ellyse Perry, T McGrath, Ashleigh Gardner, Annabel Sutherland, Nicola Carey, Jess Jonassen, Alana King, Megan Schutt.
England's struggles seemed to compound in the previous match as they put in one of their worst batting performances so far. Heather Knight fell cheaply for a change and none of the other batters were able to pick up the slack. England seems broken and tired at this point. Their focus is probably on returning him rather than getting ready for another beating from a clearly superior team.
England's batting has shown sparks but has not been able to convert the starts into big scores. We have also not seen the kind of partnerships required that can help elevate the performances of the England team.
The bowling effort has been a bit better but not by much. There have been several instances when England seems to have taken the upper hand against Australia only to let it slip. They do sometimes pick up early wickets but the push required to get through the entire batting lineup is lacking.
England is probably the second-best team in Women's cricket at the moment but the gap to Australia is just too large. It will take something extraordinary for England to win and we have no seen that happen so far.
Tammy Beaumont, Emma Lamb, Heather Knight, Natalie Sciver, Amy Ellen Jones, Danielle Wyatt, Charlotte Dean, Sophie Ecclestone, Anya Shrubsole, Tash Farrant, Freya Davies.
The team that wins the toss is going to want to bat first.

The conditions in Melbourne are a bit better for this match. The sun is expected to be out and we should have no interruptions. The pitch at the Junction Oval has played quite well. It is a good batting surface where the ball comes on nicely and the batters can take advantage of a fast outfield as well.
The bowlers have found something to work with in the matches we have seen here so far, though, and so the contest is quite even.
Scores of around 200-220 have been seen in the ODI's but we have a feeling this could be a high-scoring contest to finish things.

We are going to continue to bet on Australia Women as we have done this entire series. They have been superior to England Women in every aspect of the game and have responded splendidly whenever they have been tested. Is Australia unbeatable? Absolutely not but we think we are going to win much more money backing them to win in most cases.
Bet on Australia Women to win.
This is one of the best and most consistent betting markets that we have found in cricket. Stronger batting teams will more often than not end up hitting more fours than the weaker batting team. It may sound obvious but that is not always the cases with sixes. Australia's batting is much stronger than England and we are very comfortable in going big on this bet.
