Hyderabad and Gujarat are two of the most successful teams in India's domestic limited over-circuit and here they are again in the knockouts of yet another tournament. The tournament is getting exciting with every passing match and this upcoming match is going to be of significant importance for both these sides. The match between the two sides is to be played at the Arun Jaitley Stadium on 18th November 2021.
Like Hyderabad, Gujarat too are coming off a massive streak of wins in the group stage and will be looking to build on to their streak. They finished the group stage with four wins from five matches and a terrific net run rate of 1.109.
Led by Priyank Panchal, Gujarat may have been coming off a decent run, but they have not bee as consistent as they would have liked to be. The loss at the hands of Assam, however, would certainly be bothering them and they would want to get back to the winning ways before getting to the most important round of the tournament.
In their last match, they did a pretty decent job by defeating Bihar and they would want to continue to put in performances like those. They were near flawless in that game and if are able to repeat that kind of performance, they should have an easy path to the next round.

Led by Tanmay Agarwal, Hyderabad may not be having a side as experienced as they have had in the past, they still have a pretty good side. They are coming off a fantastic run in the group stage, winning all of their five matches and ending up with a dominating net run rate of 1.114.
Hyderabad come into this match on the back of a splendid 29-run win over Uttar Pradesh at GCG. Their win was driven by a fantastic fifty by skipper, who scored 62 to take Hyderabad to a much-needed win. While Hyderabad do not have too many stars available in the team, they do have all the necessary firepower to win big matches. If they are able to play to their potential, they should be able to cruise to an easy win.

Being a knockout fixture, this is an important match and both sides will want to come out on top. Unlike what has historically been the case, both these sides are pretty young and should make up for an interesting match. Considering the combination of the two sides on paper and otherwise, betting on a Hyderabad win should be the way to go here.
